Terms of Service (Call)

1. About C8Hotlinks
C8Hotlinks is a platform for premium voice and video calls between callers and verified businesses. These Terms govern your use of the C8Hotlinks Call portal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use the service in your location.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use C8Hotlinks respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, fraud, sharing illegal content, or attempting to move conversations off-platform to avoid billing or safety controls is prohibited.
4. Billing and payouts
Callers are charged per minute at rates shown before a call starts. The first 2 minutes of each call are free of charge. Billing starts after 2 minutes. Businesses receive revenue share according to their programme terms. All fees are processed through our payment providers.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
